In line with our policy of concentrating management resources on our domestic business and further strengthening it,
we have decided to transfer the Thailand business operated by our affiliate, Uchinuki Industry Thailand Co., Ltd., to THAI IKEDA (official company name: THAI IKEDA MFG. CO., LTD.).

The transfer agreement was signed in October 2025, and we are currently working toward completing the business transfer on November 17, 2025.
As a result of this transaction, THAI IKEDA will take over all product supply and service operations related to the Thai business.

This transaction will have no impact on our transactions or service provision in Japan.
We will continue to strive to improve the quality and technical capabilities of our domestic business.
