We create various punching patterns using metal molds manufactured by ourselves.
We are producing high-quality products by material feeding to punching equipment on the basis of the numerical control of single axis or two axes (X and Y).
We handle both small lot production and high-volume production of perforated metals. We also have a set of equipment for sheet metal work as part of secondary processing. We are daily improving our techniques to respond to customer needs for perforated metals.

We are providing perforated metals excellent in designs by freely controlling holes and using abundant data such as photos, designs and CAD data. Uchinuki’s graphic punching techniques range from sheet processing to coil processing without being affected by the limitation of perforated metal manufacturing equipment. We can respond to various customer needs such as quick delivery, small lot production and mass production.

Simultaneous punching and concave-convex processing create knit-like appearance.
Concave-convex processing increases strength compared with ordinary perforated metals.
This technique is used for various locations in construction and exterior fields, such as gate, fence and blind panel.

The holes and trapezoidal cross section of punched metal mitigate the impact of wind. Permeability obtained by punching provides ventilation effect and a sense of liberation.
Punching patterns: The rates of hole area range from 0 to 50%. Various types of punching molds are available. Three types of trapezoidal cross sections are available for panels. Perforated metal molds are manufactured by our company. Punching patterns other than those shown in our catalogues and polycarbonate processing are also available.
